Return Policy
- • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items
- • Product must be unused and in original packaging
- • Contact us on WhatsApp or phone with your order number and photos
Refund Process
- • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after return approval
- • Refund credited to original payment method or as store credit
- • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our end
Non-Returnable Items
- • Opened spice packets (for hygiene reasons)
- • Perishable food items (snacks and sweets) after 48 hours
- • Custom or bulk orders
