What are your shipping charges?
Free shipping on orders above ₹499 within India. Orders below ₹499 have a flat ₹60 shipping charge. International shipping rates are provided on request via WhatsApp.
Do you deliver outside India?

How fresh are your spices?
All our spices are ground fresh and packed within days of your order. We don't maintain cold storage or use old stock.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, free store pickup is available at our Hyderabad location: H.NO-6-105/1/A/28A, Godavari Homes, Quthbullapur, Telangana-500055.
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 7 days for damaged or incorrect items. Opened spice packets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Do you use artificial colours?
No. All Avya products are 100% natural with no artificial colours, preservatives, or fillers.
